- Effingham City Police arrested 32 year old William A. Carter of Hainkson, ND for driving while license revoked and operating an uninsured vehicle. William was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39 year old Adam R. Relyolds of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Adam was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
