- Effingham City Police arrested 63 year old Kevin E. Welch of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA attachment for contempt and disorderly conduct. Kevin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 37 year old Marcus Q. Perkins of Villa Park for DUI alcohol and speeding. Marcus was taken to the Effingham County Jail and is pending release.
