Effingham County, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Effingham County Highway Department will oiling a short section of 1775th Rd (T-Town/Elliotstown Rd) from 700th Ave to Elliotstown at approximately 9 am on Tuesday September 15, 2026 (weather dependent).
