Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The City of Effingham has announced a planned water outage with a boil order immediately following for:
W CEDAR AVENUE:
- FROM: South Fourth St. to South Park St.- Both sides of the road.
This outage is expected to run from 8-10am tomorrow, September 15th. A boil order will follow the outage.
