Lake Mattoon, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Illinois State Police (ISP) Division of Criminal Investigations Zone 8 has identified the victim found in Mattoon Lake as 38-year-old Dalewayne Turner, of Plainfield, IL. At this time, ISP is no longer requesting additional tips, and there is no threat to the public.
