
Teutopolis, IL-(Effingham Radio)- At the April 13 meeting, the Teutopolis Unit 50 Board of Education approved treasurer’s reports, the payment of bills, and multiple administrative actions.
Consent agenda items included green lights for technology software renewals, hardware updates, and ERate purchases, with summer projects planned. Registration fees and lunch prices at all school levels will stay the same for the next academic year. The Board authorized policy-compliant updates to handbooks and set dates for next year’s meetings. Facility projects are underway, with gym floor resealing, a welding lab upgrade, and THS gym digital display enhancements on the list.
The Board also approved staff hires, summer workers, and new pay rates for substitutes and sports officials. A student expulsion was held in abeyance, pending program completion.
The next regular meeting is set for May 11 at 6pm.
