Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Sheriff Kuhns stopped by for his monthly interview to talk about Deputy Dale, the popular Deputy dog that has made positive impacts in the community wherever he goes. I wanted to talk about how he has grown into his role, and how the community has responded to his presence.

Thank you to Sheriff Kuhns for showing how bringing a dog along can make a world of difference, especially with children. Dale was trained well for the role, and he continues to help the Sheriff’s Office in his own way by just being himself.
