EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

August 8, 2025

Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34 year old Brandon A. Knott of St. Peter for a mittimus to jail sentence for 180 days for possession of <5g of meth. Brandon was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham City Police arrested 22 year old Leo B. Cline of Effingham for 3 counts of burglary without damage and theft. Leo was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham City Police arrested 24 year old Ally J. Niebrugge of Effingham for 4 counts of burglary without damage, 2 counts of theft, possession of burglary tools, and theft $10k-$100k. Ally was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
