EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34 year old Joshua A. Carl of Charleston for an Effingham County FTA warrant for unlawful possession of a credit or debit card. Joshua was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham City Police arrested 33 year old John A. M. Kenter of Effingham for domestic battery and aggravated assault. John was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
