Effingham County, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Representatives from the Effingham County Fair have announced that the campgrounds have dried out enough that campers can now use the campgrounds leading up to the fair.
Previous rainfall made the campground too wet, but it has dried significantly the last couple days with the heat and dry conditions. The Effingham County Fair runs from July 26-August 2.
