- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24 year old Benito Marcos Nicolas of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for DUI alcohol. Benito was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27 year old Skylar M. Welch of St. Elmo for a Coles County FTA warrant for driving while license revoked. Skylar posted bond and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29 year old Isabella R. Gardner of Effingham for an Effingham County PSC FTA warrant for failure to abide by terms and conditions. Isabella was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 55 year old James O. Moschenrose of Altamont for possession of stolen property and obstructing justice. James was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27 year old Brianna S. Loy of Altamont for possession of <5g of meth and possession of a controlled substance. Brianna was given an NTA and was released.
