Effingham City Police arrested 35 year old Reginald M. Hettinger of Lovington for domestic battery, unlawful restraint, and possession of <5g of meth. Reginald was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23 year old Austin A. Parker of Paris for an Effingham County FTA warrant for delivery of 5-15g of meth. Austin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
