City Of Effingham Announces Road Closure For South Willow Street

Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- South Willow St. is currently closed for sewer lining from E Section Ave to E Jefferson Ave. Both lanes are closed.

This closure will continue until 12:00AM (midnight).
