On March 16, 2018, Barrett Pelts, age 28, of Vandalia, Illinois, pled guilty to the offense of unlawful delivery of cannabis, and was sentenced by Honorable Chris Matoush to 12 months, to be served in the Illinois Department of Corrections. This sentence is to be served consecutive with a Clinton County case.
On March 21, 2018, Dustin Skurat, age 32, of Centralia, Illinois, pled guilty to violating his probation on the original charge of retail theft, and was sentenced by Honorable Don Sheafor to 12 months, to be served in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
On March 21, 2018, Michael Inocencio, age 33, of Vandalia, Illinois, pled guilty to the offense of burglary, and was sentenced by Honorable Don Sheafor to 42 months, to be served in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
On March 14, 2018, William Nordyke, age 45, of Vandalia, Illinois, pled guilty to the offense of possession of burglary tools, and was sentenced by Honorable Marc Kelly to 27 months, to be served in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
On March 13, 2018, Glendall Jackson, age 58, of Brownstown, Illinois, pled guilty to the offense of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, and was sentenced by Honorable Kevin Parker to 24 months, to be served in the Illinois Department of Corrections. The sentence imposed in this case is to be served concurrent with the sentence imposed in an Effingham County case.
