UPDATE 11/20/2016:
The Illinois State Police have cancelled the Endangered/ Missing Person Advisory for Martha Ellen Cook as she was found deceased. According to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, Cook was found deceased Saturday night at approximately 9:51pm. She was found in an isolated part of northwestern Wayne County. Police are not suspecting foul play.
UPDATE 11/19/2016:
The Illinois State Police have issued an Endangered/Missing Person Advisory for Martha Ellen Cook. Cook was last seen in Wayne County on County Road 2375N. Cook, whom suffers from Alzheimer’s, was following her husband in a maroon, Dodge Dakota pickup truck when she took a wrong turn. Cook was last seen wearing a light to medium colored jacket, a dark colored shirt, dark colored slacks, and black shoes.

The Clay County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a missing person complaint involving Martha Ellen Cook, a 65 year old white female of Flora, IL. Martha is approximately 5’5, 180lbs, with blue eyes and gray hair.
Martha was last seen on November 17th, 2016 at approximately 2:00 PM. She was last seen driving a Dodge Dakota truck, maroon in color, with a matching camper shell. Her last known location was southeast of Xenia, IL.
