Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Once Upon a Farm is recalling all flavors of its Tractor Wheels Organic soft-baked bars due to a potential choking hazard. The FDA says the product “forms a dry, sticky mass” when chewed that becomes difficult to dislodge doing “back blows and the Heimlich maneuver.”
The organic baby food company says they will reformulate the product, and are working with the FDA to notify families and “make sure affected products are removed” from stores. A full list of states and territories impacted by the recall can be found on the Once Upon a Farm recall page.
