Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 21 year old Ava D. Scott of Effingham for a St. Clair County FTA warrant for domestic battery. Ava was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham City Police arrested 28 year old Presley R. Randolph of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for criminal trespass to land. Presley was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
