- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 25 year old Katie L. Krueger of Charleston for a Jasper County FTA warrant for cause child endangerment. Katie was transported to the Jasper County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34 year old Victor D. Will of St. Louis for an Effingham County FTA warrant for defrauding a financial institution $500-$10k. Victor was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 59 year old Mark C. Barnes of Mason for an Effingham County mittimus to jail for possession of 100-400g of meth, sentenced to 30 days, no DFD. Mark was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34 year old Bruce D. Hay of Vandalia for an Effingham County FTA warrant for aggravated domestic battery/strangle. Bruce was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29 year old Leanna L. Loy of Springfield for an Effingham County FTA warrant for theft $10k0$100k. Leanna was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Altamont Police arrested 73 year old Delmar J. Allen, Jr. of St. Elmo for battery. Delmar was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 36 year old Kerwin J. Gonzalez Moreno of Effingham for driving/never issued license and improper lane usage. Kerwin was given an NTA and was released.
