Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Delaine Donaldson of the Effingham County Cultural Center & Museum stopped by the studio to give the history of how the taxi business started in the Effingham area, and how it branched out once the service was deemed viable. Thanks to Delaine Donaldson for sharing the story about how the taxi cab business started and flourished in Effingham. It shows that innovation knows no bounds, and when a need arises, people step up and fill the void.
