  • Effingham City Police arrested 19 year old Jaydon B. E. Stallings of Rinard, IL for a Wayne County FTA warrant for failure to register as a sex offender. Jaydon was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
  • Effingham City Police arrested 50 year old Heather W. Brown for an Effingham County FTA warrant for criminal trespass to land. Heather was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
