Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- As part of a series of monthly interviews during construction season, Tim Hemmen, Project Engineer with IDOT District 7, gives updates on area construction projects and road work. Tim gave updates on the progress of the Fayette Avenue Reconstruction Project, stating that demolition of buildings along the south side of Fayette Avenue should begin soon.
