Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we at Cromwell help give back to our community with our annual Mums for Moms event with St. Anthony’s Women’s Wellness Center.
Each year Jeff Nalley brings mums to the event, ones that he grows himself, and we sell them at a very inexpensive $10 each. Eric Frye is our annual DJ for the event.
Every year is unique, and this year was no different. We sold a record 505 mums total, the most we’ve ever sold at one event.
A huge thank you to everyone who participated this year, and thanks to all our sponsors.
