Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- As part of a series of monthly interviews during construction season, Tim Hemmen, Project Engineer with IDOT District 7, gives updates on area construction projects and road work. The Keller Drive construction is wrapping up, and other area projects are continuing through the summer.
