State Representative Adam Niemerg (R-Dieterich) is sponsoring Senate Joint Resolution 62 in the Illinois House of Representatives. The resolution was adopted in the Transportation: Regulation, Roads & Bridges committee Tuesday. The measure designates the Fayette Avenue Interstates 57 and 70 Overpass in Effingham as the “Sgt. Timothy Sayne Memorial Overpass”.
