SHELBYVILLE, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The following has been released by the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office:
October 4, 2018
9:21 p.m. Oconee, IL
- Deputies responded to a report of a suspicious female with a backpack walking in the area near Oak Terrace Golf Course. The female subject was located on 700N near Rt 51. She was identified as Felisha R. Sickles, 31, of Pana. Ms. Sickles was arrested and transported to the Shelby Co Detention Center and issued two citations for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis.
October 5, 2018
10:04 a.m, Cowden
- Deputies were dispatched to a two-vehicle accident with injuries on 400N, 2/10 milę west of 1700E. Upon arrival the driver of the 1985 white Semi tractor was identified as Jerry W. Bell, 63, of Shelbyville and the driver of the 2012 Ford F-350 was identified as Ryan J. Rauch, 46, of Herrick. Mr. Bell was issued two citations for the offenses of driving too fast for conditions and driving while license is suspended.
10:24 p.m. Reimer’s Trailer Park – Shelbyville
- Deputies were dispatched to 1642 St. Hwy 16, Lot #7 in reference to a domestic battery. Upon arrival Shannon A. Sweigart, 49, of Shelbyville was arrested and transported to the Shelby Co. Detention Center. She later posted bond and was released.
October 10, 2018
11:30 p.m. Windsor
- Deputies responded to a report at the Windsor Mobile Home Park regarding a complaint of trespassing to a residence. They observed a vehicle matching the description of the car involved in the trespassing complaint. A traffic stop was conducted and Matthew S. Weaver, 42, of Decatur was arrested for DUI. A passenger Beth A. Hutchinson, 40, of Shelbyville was arrested for illegal transportation of alcohol and obstructing a police officer. They were transported to the Shelby Co. Detention Center and later posted bond and were released.
