EFFINGHAM, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The Effingham Board of Education will hold a special board meeting on Monday.
After recognizing the visitors, the Board will adjourn into closed session to discuss student disciplinary cases, the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the District or legal counsel for the District and Collective negotiating matters between the District and its employees or their representatives, or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees, and the setting of a price for sale or lease of property owned by the District.
The Board will then return to open session where they will consider approval of the closed session minutes.
The Board will then discuss possible student disciplinary action, action on personnel, the dismissal or separation of an employee of the public body, and a discussion on cabinet meetings.
The Board of Education will meet at 6:00pm.
