FAYETTE COUNTY, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Three people were recently sentenced in Fayette County Court.
According to a press release from the Fayette County State’s Attorney, three people were sentenced to the Illinois Department of Corrections recently in Fayette County Court.
The report states that on August 21st, 54 year old, Tony Babic, of Briston pled guilty to burglary and was sentenced to 36 months.
It also states that same day, 41 year old, Ufices Earvin, of Vandalia pled guilty to threatening a public official and was sentenced to 24 months.
On February 21st, 38 year old, Ryan J Koontz, of Vandalia was found guilty on two counts of dissemination of child pornography and seven counts of possession of child pornography.
Koontz was sentenced on August 28th to 15 years for the counts of dissemination of child pornography, to be served consecutively.
He was also sentenced to four years of probation for the possession of child pornography charges, to be served concurrent with the dissemination charges.
