FAYETTE COUNTY, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Two people were recently sentenced to the Illinois Department of Corrections in Fayette County Court.
According to a press release from the Fayette County State’s Attorney’s Office, 38 year old, Erik Nohren, of St Elmo was sentenced in two cases on May 14th.
Nohren had pled guilty on October 23rd for Aggravated Driving while Under the Influence of Alcohol.
He was sentenced to three years in one case and two years in the other, with the sentences to run concurrent in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
Additionally, 47 year old, Wendell D Lash, of Ramsey was sentenced for 33 months.
On March 15th, Lash pled guilty to violating his probation on the original charge of concealing a fugitive and failure to register as a sex offender.
