Farmweld recently hosted a tour of pork producers and veterinarians from five countries in an Illinois Department of Agriculture Tour.
The annual tour is arranged each year by the Illinois Department of Agriculture to showcase the agricultural businesses in Illinois. Touring the Farmweld facility in Teutopolis was the Illinois Department of Agriculture Director, Raymond Poe, and pork producers and veterinarians from China, Mexico, Myanmar, Vietnam, and Ecuador. The tour also enjoyed a lunch with Farmweld before continuing on their tour as they work their way to the World Pork Expo in Des Moines, Iowa.
Farmweld President, Frank Brummer stated, “Farmweld is honored to partner with the Illinois Department of Agriculture to promote Illinois agribusiness and to further improve exports”.
