The Effingham Elks will be having their 40th Handicapped Children's Radio-TV-Online Auction Wednesday Nov. 18th & Nov. All funds raised are for the benefit of Children with Special Needs & Handicaps in the Effingham County area. The hours of the Auction will be from 6:30PM to 9:30 PM both evenings. You may listen to the Auction both nights on Cromwell Radio 105.5 Jack FM, or watch on Mediacom Cable TV- Channel 15.

Online bidding will be available at www.effinghamelks.org/auction  We will announce when that will be possible thru the media ASAP. 

Elks members have been to soliciting donations from our generous previous donors, as well as from new businesses that are new to our community or that have never donated. If you or your business would like to help support the E ks sion of hel i ing these special needs children Please Chairman of this year's event at 2 ., or Elks Lodge at 217-342-3636. Cash donations are also welcome & will be acknowledged during the Auction. Items or Gift Certificates are some of the items sold during the Auction. There will be a number of items that will be listed as top bidding items which will be finalized on Thursday Nov. 19th. The Auction Items List will be printed & released by the media in the next few weeks. 

You will be provided with a letter telling you about our Auction & identifying them as Elks members. If you ask they should be able to show you their Elks Membership Card. We are asking you to be as generous as you can since area children with Special Needs & their families have been assisted for 39 years by the Elks Handicapped Children's Auction funds that have been raised. You may know someone that has benefited from our Auction since so many have been over these past 39 years. Thank You in advance for your help from the Effingham Elks Lodge 1016
