Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Notice is hereby given that the office of the Village Clerk will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and from 8:00 a.m. to noon on Friday beginning November 16th through November 23rd, 2026 for the purpose of accepting candidate petitions or certificates for the Consolidated Election to be held on April 06, 2027 for the following offices:
