- Effingham City Police arrested 21 year old London S. Rinkel of Altamont for DUI alcohol, DUI alcohol with .08 concentration in blood/breath, and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. London was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 34 year old Feliciano Beltran of Effingham for domestic battery. Feliciano was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

- Effingham City Police arrested 39 year old Matthew S. Hagenseiker of Effingham for pedestrian under the influence of alcohol. Matthew is pending release from the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 25 year old Javier E. Riera Diaz of Effingham for domestic battery. Javier was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 52 year old Christina L. Baker of Effingham for DUI alcohol. Christina was given an NTA and was released.

- Effingham City Police arrested 23 year old Musaa I. Freeman of Effingham for domestic battery, interfering with a domestic violence report, and criminal damage to property >$500. Musaa was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
