- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33 year old Bryn A. Clemens of Effingham for an Effingham County mittimus to IDOC, sentenced to 6 years. Bryn was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34 year old Miles B. Callow of Effingham for a Shelby County FTA warrant for driving while license revoked. The warrant was quashed and Miles was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 65 year old Janie M. Duckwitz Patchen of Effingham for DUI alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol, and improper lane usage. Janie was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 57 year old Mary K. Figgins of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for criminal trespass to land. Mary was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
