Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The Effingham Sunrise Rotary Club recently welcomed Russ Runde with Kiwanis of Effingham County, who shared an overview of the organization and its commitment to supporting local children and families. Runde highlighted the club’s community impact, including $8,800 given back during the 2025–2026 fiscal year through donations, scholarships and service projects.
