Washington, DC-(Effingham Radio)- More than 100-thousand pounds of raw pork, beef and goat are being recalled nationwide after being sold with fake USDA inspection labels.
The meat was shipped in bulk by A&D Foods and the USDA says the meat was not properly inspected and could contain harmful contaminants or undeclared allergens. The products were shipped nationwide and may have been repackaged under different labels. Consumers should not eat the recalled meat and should throw it away or return it to the place of purchase.
No illnesses have been reported.
