Effingham EMA Opening Storm Shelter At Library For Duration Of Severe Weather Event

Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The Effingham Emergency Management Agency is opening the storm shelter inside the Effingham Public Library (200 N. 3^rd Street) in anticipation of severe weather.  The shelter will remain open until the severe weather threat has passed.
