Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Sheriff Kuhns stopped by with special guest Stephanie Mercer, who works with Hour House, to emphasize the Medication Assisted Recovery (MAR) Program. They explained how it has expanded and connected with other drug addiction entities to work together to help people fight their addictions as best they can.
