Flora, IL-(Effingham Radio)- A play titled “Reindeer Games” will be held at Nostalgia Theater, formerly the Town Theater, in downtown Flora. The play will be held on Friday, December 5th, and Saturday, December 6th at 7 pm each night.
The play is directed by Stacey Earleywine and Samantha Mosbarger. It is full of amazing local talent, who will blow you away with their acting abilities. The cast includes grade school, junior high, and high school-aged actors from Flora, Clay City, North Clay, Full Armor, Cisne, and homeschool students. Although this play is not a musical, it is full of great Christmas songs sang by the cast.
Nostalgia Theater is currently being renovated and serves as Clay County’s home for community theater. Not only will you be able to catch some amazing live entertainment at Nostalgia, but the building is also for rent as a venue for upcoming events, such as parties, reunions, showers, and weddings.
Nostalgia Theater operates as a 501©3 non-profit and all proceeds from the Nostalgia play performances will be used to continue the renovation of the theater. Make plans to attend this fun performance, support the hard work these actors have put into it, and see the beautiful Nostalgia Theater building as it is being brought back to life.
Tickets are $10 each and are available at the door.
