Delaine Donaldson Gives Historical Perspective On Two Civil War Figures In Interview

Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Delaine Donaldson of the Effingham County Cultural Center & Museum stopped by the studio to give details on two civil war-era leaders that helped the country get through one of the most tumultuous times in our history. Delaine also explained how the two figures were remembered locally as part of a nationwide event.
