Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- From the City of Effingham:
Public Parking Lot #7 at the corner of Jefferson Avenue and Fourth Street will be closed or partially closed to allow prep work and painting of a mural to be painted on the East side of the building at 105 E. Jefferson Avenue.
This is the schedule:
- Aug. 10-15
- Aug. 17 – 30
- Sept. 1-4
- Sept. 8-19
Stang Arts shall be responsible for closure of parking spaces or coordinating with City crews on closure of spaces.
If there is no work on the mural, the spaces shall remain open with the exception of a few spaces for equipment.
