Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Relay for Life of Effingham County 2025 kicked off at a new location on July 11th, and the change was a welcome one.
The event was moved from the Teutopolis Jr. High grounds to Teutopolis Community Park, and the extra shade made the hot day more bearable. The event itself was a great success as well, with the goal of $70k almost being reached over the weekend before the online auction.
We at Cromwell Media were there from 5-8pm, raising $1585 from the event. (Picture above)
Laura Reardon of CR Flooring in Altamont was the winner of the Julie Sloan quilt raffle.
