Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- As part of a series of monthly interviews, Tim Hemmen, Project Engineer with IDOT District 7, gives updates on area construction projects and road work. The Fayette Avenue Reconstruction Project is continuing this month with work on Jefferson Avenue and Henrietta.
