Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- More than 15-thousand pounds of ready-to-eat jerky and snack stick products are being recalled.
According to the USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service, the recalled products, which were made by Springville Meat and Cold Storage Co., Inc., contain anchovies, a known allergen that is not declared on the product label. The affected items were produced from May 30th, 2023, to May 30th of this year.
