Shelby County Squad Car Involved In Crash While Chasing Stolen Truck

Shelby County, IL-(Effingham Radio)- A Shelby County squad car is destroyed following a crash near Effingham.

Authorities say officers were chasing a stolen truck from Decatur yesterday morning when a Sheriff’s Office squad car was hit by a semi. No one was hurt in the wreck. The chase eventually ended and the truck driver arrested and charged.
