Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Elliot Frisbie has been selected as the Hall of FAME winner for excellence in math and science by St. Anthony HS. Unable to attend were sponsors Pro Rehab and H & M Concrete Construction.
Elliott’s next venture will be to attend SIU where he will study engineering.
