Mulberry Grove, IL-(Vandalia Radio)- A Mulberry Grove man is facing multiple charges in Fayette County Court.
30 year old Dustin P. Estrada is facing a charge of Domestic Battery, which is alleged to be against a family or household member. And, information says that Estrada has a prior conviction for Domestic Battery in Macoupin County.
The charge is a Class 4 Felony. Estrada is also facing a charge of Criminal Damage to Property under $500 for allegedly damaging the victim’s car windshield. That charge is a Class A Misdemeanor. Estrada also faces a charge of Resisting a Peace Officer, which is a Class A Misdemeanor.
Estrada will next be in Fayette County Court for a Preliminary Hearing on November 15th.
