Congresswoman Mary Miller Issues Statement on Indictment of Donald Trump

Mahomet, IL-(Effingham Radio)-Congresswoman Mary Miller (R-IL) issued the following statement on the indictment of former President Donald Trump:

“Our democracy depends on voters being able to vote for the candidate of their choice in a free and fair election. Biden’s Department of Justice has decided to attack our democracy by interfering in the 2024 election to help their boss, Joe Biden, and hurt his chief rival, President Trump,” Miller said. “The American people will not tolerate this attack from Biden’s DOJ on our electoral process or our system of justice, where justice is supposed to be blind. I stand with Chairman Jim Jordan as he works to hold these corrupt DOJ officials accountable!”
