Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Griffen Elder has been recognized as the recipient of the Effingham Area Hall of FAME Award.
He excels in science and math at St Anthony High school, plus runs track for the school.
Griffen is pictured with sponsors Pat Gebben owner of Merz Heating, and Art Geen of Full Circle Realty. Other sponsors are unavailable to be present are Snap-On Tools, Pro Rehab, Milano and Grunloh Engineers, plus H & M and Concrete Contractors.
Griffen plans to continue his education toward being an engineer.
