Louisville, IL-(Effingham Radio)- On January 23, 2023, Phillip Blaine Henson was taken into custody in Jacksonville, Florida on Clay County No Bond Warrant. Arrangements for Henson to be transported back to the Clay County Jail were made once a waiver of extradition was signed.
On February 7, 2023 at approximately 11:05 p.m., Henson arrived back at the Clay County Jail. The court has been made aware of Henson’s current status and will be scheduling his next court appearance.
The charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
