Altamont, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The Altamont Board of Education is set to meet on Monday.
The Board will begin their meeting at 6:45pm with a Budget Hearing.
The Board will recognize guests, giving them the opportunity for public comment.
Following this, the Board will discuss and take possible action on the Amended 2021-2022 Budget.
Following the Budget Hearing, the Board will begin their regularly scheduled meeting at 7:00pm.

- Adjournment to Closed Session to Consider information regarding appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the District or legal counsel for the District, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee or against legal counsel for the District to determine its validity. 5ILCS 120/2/(c)(1)
- Return to Open Session to discuss and take possible action on Personnel
The Board will meet in the Unit Office at 7 South Ewing Street in Altamont.
